| Zielsetzung | Medical treatment for the most common sarcoma subtypes has not advanced significantly during the last decades and immunotherapies have demonstrated only limited efficacy. We aim to develop novel strategies that a) leverage specific surface targets on sarcoma to guide CAR-T cells and b) modulate the tumor microenvironment to maximize efficacy. The proposed work provides the pre-clinical evidence to drive innovative clinical trials in this rare cancer. |
