| Zielsetzung | In this project, we aim to elucidate how cardiomyocytes employ localized translation and molecular chaperones to assemble, maintain, and monitor complex cellular structures like the sarcomere, and how these processes become dysregulated under pathological conditions (e.g., genetic cardiomyopathies, cellular stress). |
